Return Policy
At Pretty Pixie we are committed to providing a seamless and sustainable shopping experience for our esteemed customers. We kindly ask you to review our updated return policy:
Incorrect Product Return: If an incorrect product is returned, we will base our actions on the package opening footage and will return the same product received. In such instances, the seller will not be responsible for any loss. Additionally, if the customer does not raise a query within days of pickup, no further action will be taken.
Return Timeframe: You may exchange products for a different size of the same style within 03days of receipt.
Request Window: Please submit your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Condition of the Item: To process a return successfully, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Method:
Pickup Service with Restocking Fee: We provide a convenient pickup service for size exchanges. A restocking fee of Rs 100 will be applied.
Shipping:
To return your product, please use our return center.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Delivery Time for Exchanges: The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary based on your location.
- Self-Shipping: If your pincode is not within our serviceable area and our delivery agents cannot perform a pickup, you will need to self-ship the product. Shipping charges will be reimbursed only upon submission of the docket slip.
Refund Policy:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we provide size exchanges only.
- Sale Items: Refunds are not available for items purchased during sales.
Exchange Policy:
- Prepaid and COD Orders: Exchanges are available for both prepaid and COD orders.
- First Exchange: The first exchange of Rs 100 will be applied.
- Second Exchange: A fee of Rs 150 will be applied for the second exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of the returned item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your size exchange.
If quality check is approved, your size exchange will be processed within 24 to 48 hours/business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please log in to your account and check your transaction status.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Visit our Return & Exchange Portal and log in using your email address or WhatsApp to submit a return or exchange request.
If you encounter any issues while placing your request, please send us a message, and we will assist you promptly.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or do not fit properly. To exchange an item for the same product, please log in to your account and submit an exchange request directly.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.
