Yes — Pretty Pixie dresses are designed to fit true to Indian standard sizing. Our organic cotton has a very slight natural stretch but is not a stretch fabric. Here's what to expect by silhouette:

• Mini dresses: Fitted — size up one if you prefer more room through the hips.
• Midi dresses: True to size with a relaxed waist — comfortably fits most body types in standard size.
• Maxi dresses: True to size; A-line cuts are very forgiving across sizes.
• Co-ord sets: True to size; tops and bottoms are matched and sized together.
• Jumpsuits: True to size; if you're tall (above 5'7"), length may run slightly short at the ankle.

• Petite (under 5'2"): Midi and mini dresses work best. Fit-and-flare and empire-waist silhouettes elongate the frame. Avoid very long maxis unless you plan to hem.
• Tall (above 5'7"): Maxi and midi lengths are ideal. Mini dresses will sit higher on the thigh — style with confidence or choose a midi instead.
• Curvy / plus size (L–XXL): All our styles are designed to flatter curves. Wrap dresses, A-line midis, and belted maxis work particularly well. Our floral co-ord sets with elasticated waistbands offer extra flexibility.

All Pretty Pixie garments are crafted from 100% organic cotton — grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. Our cotton is soft, breathable, and kind to skin, making it ideal for India's warm and humid climate.

Our organic cotton is woven at a medium weight and is not see-through in most colours, including white, cream, and pastels. However, we always recommend:

• Wearing a nude or skin-toned undergarment under white or very pale dresses in strong sunlight.
• Checking the individual product page — if a style uses a lighter or sheerer fabric, it will be noted in the description.

Pretty Pixie uses reactive dyes which bond deeply with organic cotton fibres — this means our signature floral prints retain their vibrancy wash after wash.

• Always wash in cold water (30°C or below) to lock in colour.
• Turn the garment inside out before washing for maximum print protection.
• Avoid direct sunlight when drying — air dry in shade.
• Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.

Pretty Pixie produces in small, ethical batches — this means some styles sell out permanently. However, we do restock our best-selling prints in new seasons.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing, before they are dispatched. To request a change:

3. Once dispatched, we cannot change the order — but you may initiate an exchange after delivery.

Payment failures are usually temporary. Common reasons and fixes:

• Bank OTP expired: Re-initiate the payment — OTPs are valid for ~30 seconds only.
• Insufficient balance: Check your account balance or card limit.

Yes — address changes are possible before dispatch only. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the new address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible through us, but you may be able to redirect through the courier's app.

We accept size exchanges within 3 days of delivery for all unworn, unwashed dresses, co-ord sets, and jumpsuits — with the original security ribbon and tags intact and clearly visible.

• Exchange window: 3 days from confirmed delivery date.
• Eligible: Size exchanges only (same style, different size).
• Security ribbon: Exchanges are only accepted if the security ribbon has not been cut or altered.
• Not eligible: Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items; items with cut security ribbons; sale/discounted items; accessories.

3. Share your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the size you need.
4. Our team will confirm availability and send a pickup request to your address.
5. Pack the item in its original packaging with tags and security ribbon intact and hand it to the courier.
6. Receive your new size within 5–7 business days of pickup.

• If the exchange size is available: A direct size exchange is processed — no refund needed.
• If the size is not available: A full store credit (valid 12 months) is issued to your account within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return.

• 🧴 Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent — harsh detergents fade prints.
• 🔄 Turn garments inside out before washing to protect floral prints.
• 🚫 Do not bleach — ever. Bleach damages organic cotton and destroys colour.
• 🌬️ Air dry in shade — direct sunlight causes print fading and shrinkage.
• 🔥 Iron on medium heat, ideally on reverse side or with a cloth between iron and garment.
• 👜 Store folded, not on hangers — cotton stretches if hung for long periods.

Our organic cotton is pre-washed and pre-shrunk before cutting and sewing. When cared for correctly (cold wash, air dry in shade), minimal to no shrinkage should occur.
