Customization Policy

Customization Charge

An additional charge will be applied to the base price of your order. The additional price may include extra fabric, pattern re-drafting, and the additional tailoring time required to create a piece to your exact measurements. The exact amount is confirmed to you in writing before any payment is requested.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Customized orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. Each piece is made specifically to your measurements and cannot be resold or restocked. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before submitting.

No Discounts Applicable

Discount codes, promotions, and offers cannot be applied to customized orders. The customization charge is confirmed with your quote and is non-negotiable.

Production Lead Time

Customization orders require approximately 7–10 working days for production, in addition to standard shipping time. Production begins only after payment is received and feasibility is confirmed by our team.

Feasibility Confirmation

After you submit your measurements, our production team will review and confirm whether the customization is possible, and will quote the additional price at the same time. You will be notified by email and/or WhatsApp within 1–2 business days. Payment is requested only after confirmation.

Prepaid Orders Only

All customized orders must be paid in full before production begins. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for customization orders.

Measurement Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate body measurements in inches (not garment measurements). Pretty Pixie is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements.
